a Company incorporated under Indian Companies Act 2013  as a down stream unit to M/s. Jayashankar Multi-product Industrial Park & SEZ Pvt Ltd and M/s. Jayashankar Pulp & Paper Mill Pvt Ltd, to look into the aspect of establishing and maintaining the two 200 MW Captive Thermal Power Plants at these unit – to be operated on Build-Own-Operate (BOO) basis.
