Srihari – yet another pillar of the promoter Group - a Chemical Engineer and also a Post-graduate in Economics, has vast experience of over 35 years in the field of Pharma industry and a goal driven, tenacious professional with rich experience in across functions -  with major thrust areas being Designing and Implementation (Projects, Processes & Pollutants Handling), Designing of facilities to the Standards of  high regulatory agencies like USFDA etc, Scaling up of the Technologies, Collaborations, Commercialization of Technologies,  Crisis Management, safety IPR and creating new capabilities, Business Development & Marketing,  Financial Analysis.

Mr. Potluri Suresh Babu -  hailing from an established family with rich experience in bulk drug industries in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh – himself has a vast experience in Bulk Drug and Pharma Industry for the more than 30 years. He owns a unit of manufacturing equipment for  Pharma and Bulk Drug industries. 

Mr. Seetha Ram Vetcha - a Post Graduate in Science from engineering stream and with additional professional qualifications in IRPM, Financial Advising - is  an ardent banker for 36 years and served all through in State Bank of India,  and worked from initial to Senior Management cadres. Experienced in Banking Operations, Inspection, Credit, Inspection, Gold Banking, International Banking, Fraud Monitoring and Administration.

Mr. Kankipati Vijaya Bhasker  -  B.Tech (Civil), M.Tech (Structures), MBA (Finance) & LLB - has 33 years of experience in Project & Contract Management, both in Public and Private Sectors and handled Construction Projects across gamut of sectors such as Thermal / Hydro Power, Solar Power, Power Transmission, Urban Infrastructure, Tunnels & Underground works, Marine works, Irrigation, Telecommunications.

Mr. L. Meher Kumar - M.Com.  and  MBA (Marketing & Finance) - has 20 years of work experience with Top Notch Organisations.  In the yester years, he has worked for M/s Apple Credit Corporation Limited, M/s Bharti-Airtel (Finance & Collections Head), as a Scale-III Officer with Vysya Bank, ICFAI as Regional Head - Business Development, Associate General Manager (Commercial & Business Development) with GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd, Hyderabad. The areas of competence are Direct Marketing, Dealer Networking, Channel Management, Credit Operations, Receivables Management & Public Relations.

Mr. P Rammohan Patnaik -  Academically, a University Ranker in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management with First Class First Post-graduation in International Trade. As a banker, held initial to Senior Management cadres over 2 decades, by serving in two public sector and two private sector banks.  Experienced in Banking Operations, Credit, International Banking, Liquidity Management Services and Administration. Lastly, served as a Vice President heading the state of Gujarat Zone of  the Bank.  As a freelancer - successful in project finance syndication, recovery management operations, liaison and land procurement processes besides advisory services.  Presently, serving as a director on the board of three companies of this vibrant “Jayashankar Group”,  with multiple business interests besides serving as a financial advisor to a large corporate engaged in Specialized Infrastructure. 

Ms. Kanchumarthi Vasanthi -  Strong engineering professional and self-motivated graduate with specialization in Transportation Engineering from Monash University, Australia and with Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Vasavi College, Osmania University. Proven Work experience at Monash University under Parking Division for undertaking technical and feasibility studies which include site investigations.   Worked at National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD), Hyderabad, for low cost housing technologies design and development problems. Sound experience in assessing sustainability and environmental impacts of the project, which enables her  to assess the project requirements and environmental clearances for the project. With her experience as a civil engineer, she can contribute,  being an integral part,  to design, build, oversee construction and maintenance activities related to infrastructure.
