We, Jayashankar group through our Odalarevu RLNG Imports Private Limited, (a special purpose vehicle company to execute the projects), a company established under Companies Act, 2013, propose to establish the projects consists of Fertilizer Manufacturing Complex, Technical Collaboration, RLNG supplies, & Development of Captive Port with Equity Investment and Funding from various global sources, to be located in Andhra Pradesh, India
.
For this
purpose, we have entered a composite agreement for joint development with Millennium
Holdings FZE, a registered company in United Arab Emirates (UAE) along with
partnership with Manafeth Najd, KSA under the leadership of His Royal Highness Prince Sultan Bin Mishaal Bin Abdulaziz
Al Saud and other associates represented by its Managing Director Mr. Mushtaq
Ahmed Kashimsaheb Nadaf
Brief Details of the Proposed Projects:
1.
FSRU:
(Floating Storage & Regassification Unit)
Gas Handling
Facilities with Supportive Infrastructure at the Port, with
pipelines under
sea water to be connected to GAIL pipeline to distribute
the liquified natural gas to the client like
cement plants, ceramic units,
paper
mills, power plants, steel mills, fertilizer units & other units
consuming high
power intensive unit
The
vessels carrying RLNG will be anchored at the port (with required
depth
ranging from 12 to 20 meters) utilizing a European buoy system,
and connected to marine pipelines connecting
to the land-based
pipelines.
LNG will
be re-gasified in the vessel & can be transferred to the waiting
vessels by
STS method using correctly specified fenders between the
vessels, supported by 40 TBP tugs for stable operations.
2. Fertilizer Complex:
Jayashankar
Group is proposing to set up this unit under fresh license at the Location
identified by it on the eastern sea coast. After obtaining the license, the
project outlay to be approved by the Project Developments India Limited of Ministry
of Fertilizers, Government of India, and the proposed products are of import substitution.
3. Captive Port:
Reportedly, a natural
draft to the extent of 16 meters is available throughout the coast line of 3.5
Kms to 5 Kms stretch is available at both the locations. A captive port with 3
to 5 berths to import LNG through FSRUs and also to develop handling facilities
to anchor ships with the capacities of 38000 MT and 80000 MT comfortably and
one exclusive berth for future requirements of Crude Oil imports. Odalarevu coast
is known historically for natural ship harbor from French and British ruling
times.
Millennium Holdings
FZE along with Manafeth Najd, KSA under the leadership of His Royal Highness
Prince Sultan Bin Mishaal Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud , in the capacity of overseas partner undertakes to obtain all necessary
clearances for the RNLG supplies and business association form Local,
State and Central Government authorities for the smooth functioning of the plants
and proposed facilities., while the acquisition of land for the project and the
final environmental clearance would be undertaken after completion of financial closure and RLNG supplies are tied
up.
The
composite funding requirement would be around US$ 4.5 billion (Rs 36,000
crores), which would be facilitated by Manafeth
Najd, KSA under the leadership of His Royal Highness Prince Sultan Bin Mishaal
Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and other associates through Consortium consists of,
Crudex International Petroleum Production Limited & Government funds of Kuwait,
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
